In Proverbs 8:17 we read, “Those that seek me early shall find me” Have you been suddenly awakened between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM? God may be trying to speak to you. You may be one of his chosen Watchmen. In this post we will discuss 6 things to do the next time this happens. Number 6 has had the greatest impact on my life.  The hours between 3:00 AM & 6:00 AM are a time of great spiritual significance also known in scripture as the Fourth Watch of the night, it is a time known for powerful spiritual experiences. It is a time when the world is still and free from distractions. It is a time of peace & quiet when you can hear the “still small voice”  of the Lord. It is often called the “hour of visitation”. There are many examples throughout scripture that speak of the significance of this time frame.  In Mark 1:35 we are taught by the example of Jesus Christ. The Fourth Watch - A Call to Pray

Do you suddenly wake up between 3:00 and 6:00 in the morning? If so, God may be trying to speak to you.  There is great significance in waking up between the hours of three and six in the morning. This time frame is what was known during the times of Jesus Christ as the fourth watch of the night. It is a time frame known to be of powerful spiritual significance. During the time of Jesus Christ, the Romans divided the night into four watches. The first being from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the second being from 9:00 PM to Midnight, the third being from Midnight to 3:00 AM  and the fourth from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.  Throughout history there have been many examples of miracles happening during the early morning hours. The Israelites were freed from bondage.
